The breakfast was delicious, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The swimming pool was a highlight, with stunning views of the surrounding area and spacious lounging areas. the hotel was located close to amenities such as supermarkets and exchange offices, making it convenient for guests to get what they needed.
The rooms had a musty smell and inadequate ventilation, making it uncomfortable to sleep at night with the windows closed. the lack of screens on the windows meant that insects and other critters could make their way into the rooms, causing some discomfort.

The people were very friendly and accomodating. The complimentary shuttle service to and fro was much appreciated.
The bed looked lovely and inviting but was extremely uncomfortable to sleep in. Everythime you moved it creaked and made multiple noises.

Staff, location, rooms
Toilet broke on our last day. We booked twin beds but due to broken air conditioning, we were given a room with a king bed.

The staff was welcoming and accommodating, arranging late night massages and bringing breakfast to our room. The Borneo room was gorgeous with a stunning view of Campuhan Ridge. Transport from the airport was well-organized and felt like VIP treatment. The location, slightly away from the center of Ubud, was perfect for a peaceful stay.

First of all, the staff was great. Exceedingly nice and always available - and with a smile. The place itself is wonderful. With only 8 suites it never gets crowded - especially in the pool, as there is a separate pool for two of the suites. The suites themselves are really neat; nice décor, hydro-massage tub, patio, very open and fresh. The view (to a small green valley, with a river bellow) is really relaxing, and you get to enjoy it not only from the suites, but also from the very nice restaurant. There's also a free shuttle/taxi service that worked great. The location is far enough from the center of Ubud as to never feel busy. I definitely recommend the place.

I recently stayed at a luxurious 4-star hotel that provided outstanding comfort and quality services. This place is situated in a serene jungle area, yet conveniently close to the town centre. The location was perfect for exploring the main shopping areas and visiting the nearby Ubud palace. Additionally, I was pleasantly surprised by the array of amenities offered, such as the excellent room facilities including air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a balcony to soak in the beautiful surroundings. The free Wi-Fi in rooms was also a great bonus, allowing me to stay connected during my stay.
In conclusion, this hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of luxury, comfort, and service. I highly recommend this venue to everyone looking for an enhanced stay amidst nature's beauty.

I love the cleanliness and spacious bedroom and bathroom. Not to mention the view towards the nature was simply heavenly.
The extra bed is not as comfortable. In the end we didn't use it. The king bed is big enough for 3 of us.

Incredible View and Comfortable Rooms
The first thing that caught my attention was the breathtaking view. It was like paradise, with nature all around us. Secondly, the comfort and style of the room were impressive. The bed was really comfortable, and the decor was charming. Additionally, the Wi-Fi connection was strong and fast, which is always a plus when I travel. Another great advantage was the excellent location of the hotel, just a short walk from restaurants and attractions.
The food offered at the hotel was quite disappointing, and the dining options were limited. Moreover, the hotel was a bit far from the city center, and getting there required some effort. despite these minor issues, it was still a great stay, and I would recommend this hotel to anyone who loves peace and tranquility.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was welcoming, helpful, and always ready to assist us. The room was very clean, spacious, and had a beautiful view of the jungle. The pools were great, refreshing, and well-maintained. We had a good internet connection and could easily access different parts of this city with the hotel's transportation. We enjoyed delicious breakfast with a variety of options.
No complaints.
